Our property manager contacts guests before they arrive to tell them more about the property, offer help with directions or answer any questions. She can also recommend the best tours in the area, and book them for guests if they’re interested.

She meets with clients for check-in, shows them around the home and makes sure they have everything they need. In addition to facilitating tours and addressing any concerns during their stay, she is also there for check-out and a warm goodbye.

We work with local professionals to provide top-quality housekeeping, gardening, pool service, air-conditioning maintenance and general upkeep of your property. After every check-out the home will be thoroughly cleaned in time for a same-day check-in. If the house has been empty for a while, we’ll make sure it’s clean before the next guests arrive.

We’re also on call for any emergencies that may arise. If a burst pipe floods your home, we’ll get it fixed as fast as humanly possible.

Meanwhile, what the property owner has to do is … virtually nothing. We stay in close communication with owners to coordinate on any decisions that need to be made or any necessary expenditures, implementing the owner’s wishes here on the ground. Even if you live thousands of miles away, your property is in good hands under our care.
