If you live elsewhere and are not in town, our project managers will install cameras at the site so you can follow a live video of the building process from the comfort of your home.

Getting started

The first step is finding you a vacant home site that’s ready to build on. Once you’ve identified a lot, but before you close on it, we’ll set you up with builders to talk details and costs.

If you’re not available for a personal meeting, we’ll arrange a Zoom call with a licensed architect and engineer to discuss the project. Along with a representative of our company, these professionals will guide you through the process from start to finish.
