Danilo Simpson

Danilo is born and raised in the Caribbean side of Costa Rica. Studied in Costa Rica and always has had a passion for soccer since he was a kid. After finishing his studies in Costa Rica he decided to pursue soccer professionally and became a great soccer player for the major leagues in Costa Rica.

A few years went by, and a soccer team from Germany offered him a job and moved to Germany for several years. He learned the language and he is a proud owner of several properties in Germany.

Always wanted to come back to the land he grew up and moved back to Costa Rica. He loves Real Estate and he is the owner of a renovation company in San Jose. Then, decided to move back to the Caribbean side and now he is renovating a hotel in downtown Puerto Viejo. Many friends and family always asked him for help about buying and selling Real Estate and that is the reason he decided to join our Team to pursue Real Estate professionally.

Danilo has a high level of discipline, and he is very strict in everything he does and knows how to work under pressure. He will guide you through the best decision when it comes to buy or sell a home

He speaks English, Spanish and German. Everybody in town admires him and knows him since he was a child so feel free to ask him about anything.
