Eva Prendas

Eva is from Siquirres, North Caribbean side of Costa Rica. She is married and mom of three teenage kids.

Very well organized with a high level of work ethics. Always learning and also all of us learn from all her experience in Real Estate. Her positive energy is contagious.

She obtain her Real Estate Certification with the Chamber of Real Estate in Costa Rica and she is also a member of the Costa Rican Real Estate Alliance . Eva also has about 5 more Real Estate Certification from different entities.

She is not afraid to take risks and has no problem to drive anywhere in the country to show properties.

Loves what she does and always helping people find their dream property. She is always on the phone talking to sellers and buyers and always provide a neutral level of professionalism for both sides.

During her free time she spends time with her family. She loves to travel to different places, but she really enjoys hiking the forest and be in contact with nature. She also likes to help her community.
