Playa Negra Beach is located at 500 meters from the house. The town of Puerto Viejo is about 5 minutes drive where you can find all kinds of shopping, banks, restaurants, nighlife, coffee shops, pharmacies, etc.

The property has a great location for somebody that want to live near the beach on a simple house that does need much maintenance.
