Playa Negra Beach is only a 4 minute drive from the property, the town of Puerto Viejo is only a 5 minute drive where you can find, banks, grocery stores, resturants, coffee shops, etc.
The Gandoca Manzanillo National Park is only a 15 minute drive south and if you want to go to Cahuita National Park the drive is the same going north.
Indigenous, reserve, waterfalls, biking, hiking, or just enjoy the white sand beaches of the Caribbean coast are a short drive from the property. The best of the Caribbean is their people and their culture.
The prices vary depends on the style of the house it ranges from $303 000 USD to $379 000 USD with the land 920m2 included and there are some extras you can add like a pool, gazebo from 50K USD to $60K USD. Adding a mini House/guest house is also a great option for $110 000 USD
There are also domestic half an hour flights from San Jose to Limon if you decide not to drive the 4 hours from San Jose airport.
