Property and Corporation taxes due at beginning of January in Costa Rica.

Property taxes in Costa Rica are due at the first quarter of each year 0.25% of the home or land value. We recommend you talk to the Municipality and pay your taxes. Important to have properties updated.

Corporation Taxes due in January 31.

If you own a Corporation in Costa Rica please do not forget to pay  the taxes which are due on January 31-2024 a small fine will be applied if taxes are paid after January. A lot of homeowners and land owners own a Corporation.
